Four of us aboard Dreamworld — and two bunks still going spare. Give a card a nudge and say hello.
Grew up sailing the world with his parents, learning the trade beside his dad, Paul. Now a professional Chief Engineer on superyachts and commercial ships — he keeps Dreamworld sea-ready and skippers her himself with the family aboard. Holds an RYA/MCA Yachtmaster Offshore ticket, working toward Master 200. He’s the one who’ll meet you on the dock.
Simon’s partner and mum to their two. She started out in animal welfare, then retrained as a bookkeeper — sensible, given the rest of this crew. Together since 2012-ish (nobody remembers the exact date). Happiest with family close and a trip on the horizon.
Six years old and a born adventurer. By his first birthday he’d already logged around 3,000 nautical miles and visited ten-plus countries. He loves learning gear and boats beside Simon — and is fiercely devoted to his toy tigers.
Our newest recruit — still under a year old and not yet been to sea. For now she’s busy discovering the world one nap at a time. Plenty more of her story still to come.
